Fee Policies:
• Security Entry Fobs are $10.00 per fob
• Families with two or more children: 10% discount applies off the fee for the youngest child
• Payments are due by 6:30 pm on Monday for the week ahead
• Services will be terminated if payment (including late fees) is not received by the close of business on Friday. Late payment fee of $25.00 applies after Monday.
• Payments can be made by check, money order or credit card. A convenience fee of 3% will be added to credit card payments (no cash payments accepted)
• Checks and money orders should be made to BCC (Bayside Christian Church)
• Fees will be charged according to the child’s age.
• Late pick-up fee of $10.00 per each 15 minutes or part of, for each child after 6:30 pm
• Returned check fee is $25.00 Attendance/Absentee Policy:
• Each child is allowed one week vacation per calendar year.
• A one-week written notice prior to vacation is required.
• Vacation weeks can not be granted unless written notices are provided ahead of time. Must be enrolled minimum of 30 days before able to use vacation week.
• Rates are not prorated for holidays or weather closings Withdrawal:
• A one-week written notice if you plan to withdraw your child (ren). The notice is not effective until received by the director. If a notice is not received, a fee equal to one week’s tuition will be charged
• Any unpaid balance due upon withdrawal will accrue interest at 1.5% per month until the account is paid in full. If your account is turned over to an attorney for collection, you agree to pay attorney’s fees and court costs as may be permitted by law.
